Developed the financial model, prototype, and pitch deck for Bon Harvest, an agtech startup connecting farmers and restaurants in New York City. I led product development, building a platform for inventory management and direct ordering, while collaborating closely with the tech team on features and the roadmap.

Farmers and restaurants struggled with inventory management and direct ordering due to inefficient processes.
I created a prototype and financial model that accounted for various revenue streams, guiding the product roadmap and enabling farmers and restaurants to connect efficiently. The pitch deck was used to present to investors and secure potential funding.
