The California Child Welfare Indicators Project (CCWIP) is a collaborative venture between the University of California at Berkeley (UCB) and the California Department of Social Services (CDSS). The goal of the rebranding was a refined presence representative of the purpose behind the project which provides policymakers, child welfare workers, researchers, and the public with direct access to customizable information on California’s entire child welfare system. The mark, brand guide, and design system provide an elegant platform for the presentation of the research. Additionally, the design system accommodates various collateral for both data presentation and public relations.
