Solution I worked on the Royal Mail integration, aiming to improve the delivery experience for both buyers and sellers. Through one-on-one interviews with sellers, we gathered insights on their preferences, which led to a smoother user experience. Challenges included a tight deadline and integration with a corporate entity. My role also involved rapid wireframing and high-fidelity design to expedite the testing process.We conducted beta tests with users and organized unmoderated user testing sessions to validate the Royal Mail flow. The feedback from users helped us refine the integration, making it straightforward and user-friendly.While there were challenges, such as a short timeframe and the need to integrate tracking options, the project resulted in increased user confidence in Royal Mail services.The outcome of our efforts was positive, with users finding the Royal Mail flow simple and efficient, although pricing was a concern for some.
