Tutor Essay Review
Role: I was the lead Product Designer for this project
Project goal: The targeted users were the Essay Review tutors. During an Essay Review shift, tutors would receive essays submitted by students and review them in a certain amount of time.A product update had removed the capacity for tutors to preview an essay before starting to review, which caused major dissatisfaction.99% of Essay Review tutors were unhappy with the current flow and UX.
