Case Study — Minu

Industry: FinTech / HR Tech Platform: Webflow Scope: UX/UI Design, Website Design, Webflow Development

Context

Minu is a leading employee benefits and financial wellness platform in Mexico, pioneering the Salario On-Demand (Earned Wage Access) benefit and offering 50+ wellness features including savings tools, loans, telemedicine, and digital vouchers. The site serves HR leaders, executives, and decision-makers evaluating solutions to improve retention, productivity, and financial health for their workforce.
Visitors come with specific questions around impact on retention, ease of implementation, benefit breadth, employee adoption, and how Minu differs from traditional payroll or credit solutions. The site needed to answer these clearly while maintaining trust and driving demo/call requests.

Core Challenges

Explaining a broad suite of financial and QoL benefits without overwhelming users
Translating financial and HR-tech concepts into employer-relevant outcomes
Building trust with enterprise buyers in HR and finance functions
Highlighting product credibility and differentiators within a complex ecosystem
Creating a clear conversion path toward demo scheduling and plan selection

Approach

The work focused on structure, practical outcomes, and progressive clarity.
Clear positioning up front: The homepage communicates Minu’s core mission, that is improving collaborator well-being while helping companies attract and retain talent, so HR leaders immediately grasp relevance.
Outcome-led sections: Benefits are framed around specific workforce outcomes such as financial wellness, reduced turnover, and increased productivity rather than internal mechanics of each feature.
Layered information flow: Content is introduced progressively. High-level value propositions appear first, followed by benefit breakdowns and employer proof points as users scroll. Smooth transitions and appropriately paced visuals guide attention without distraction.
Credibility signals: Employer logos, real testimonials citing measurable improvements (e.g., turnover reduction), and funding milestones reinforce trust. Major investors and success with +2,000 companies and +1M users lend authority.
Conversion awareness: CTA buttons like “Solicitar cotización”, demo scheduling, and plan comparisons are placed at natural decision points, following product explanation or proof points.

Execution

The final Webflow site balances technical clarity with approachable design.
Structured layouts optimized for scanning and comprehension
Benefit visuals tied to specific user outcomes (e.g., reduced turnover, financial peace of mind)
Controlled animation and modular components for future benefit additions
Clear navigation separating benefits, plans, resources, and company information
Fully responsive design ensuring strong performance across devices
The design avoids jargon and instead explains how benefits like Salario On-Demand work in practice, including no interest, integration with payroll, and HR workload reduction, to reduce skepticism and increase adoption confidence.

Result

The website positions Minu as a trusted partner for employee well-being and retention, allowing companies to quickly understand what the platform offers, how it works at a high level, and next steps to engage.
Employer-facing outcomes highlighted:
Clear explanation of Minu’s benefits suite tailored to HR needs
Strong trust signaling via customer stories and measurable impacts such as turnover reduction and broad user adoption
Logical flow from challenge → solution → benefits → conversion actions
By combining clear structure with layered disclosure, the site supports evaluation without friction, avoids generic marketing language, and delivers a conversion path tuned to enterprise buying cycles.
