Magnus Advisors

B2B Advisory Website Built for Clarity and Conversion
Industry: Financial Advisory / M&A Platform: Webflow Scope: UX structure, UI design, Webflow development

Context

Magnus Advisors is a boutique firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and strategic financial transactions. Their work involves complex negotiations, sensitive information, and senior-level decision makers. The website needed to reflect that level of responsibility.
They needed a structured digital presence that could communicate expertise clearly, position the firm correctly, and support new business conversations. The objective was to build a focused B2B landing experience aligned with how advisory firms actually operate.

The Challenge

Advisory services are intangible and high trust. Unlike product companies, there is nothing physical to demonstrate. The website has to create credibility through structure, clarity, and positioning.
The main challenge was simplifying complex services without reducing their depth. M&A processes involve valuation models, negotiations, due diligence, and execution phases. These topics can easily become dense. The content needed to remain technically accurate while still being readable for founders, shareholders, and investors.
Another challenge was positioning Magnus as a senior-led boutique firm. The site had to communicate experience and seriousness without feeling generic or overly corporate.

Strategy

We approached the project as a conversion-focused advisory landing page.
The first step was restructuring the narrative. The structure moves from identity and positioning, into service clarity, then methodology, and finally into team credibility and contact. This creates progression. Visitors understand who Magnus is, what they do, how they do it, and why they are qualified to lead complex transactions.
Typography, spacing, and grid control were prioritized over visual effects. The goal was to create clarity and hierarchy, not decoration. The interface supports the message instead of competing with it.
Services were rewritten and organized to reflect real advisory categories. Seller advisory, buyer advisory, valuation work, and transaction support are presented as structured capabilities rather than abstract consulting claims.

Execution

The website was developed entirely in Webflow with a clean and scalable structure. Components were built modularly to allow future expansion into case studies, insights, or additional service pages without redesigning the system.
The layout emphasizes readability. Section spacing, heading hierarchy, and content grouping were carefully balanced to maintain rhythm across the page. The site performs consistently across desktop and mobile, maintaining the same structural clarity regardless of screen size.
SEO fundamentals were implemented at the structural level to ensure the site can support long-term growth and visibility.

Result

Magnus Advisors now has a digital presence aligned with the level of work they deliver.
It functions as a focused acquisition tool rather than a static brochure. The positioning reflects a boutique advisory firm that operates with rigor and senior involvement.
The result is a B2B website built to support real financial conversations.
