Shaping Adam’s service portfolio: Case study

Context

In 2025, Adam Data Center was preparing to launch a new portfolio of services, including Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Cloud Storage, and Vulnerability Analysis. 
These services had not been previously defined in their communications, so the company needed clear, structured content to present them on the website and in technical datasheets.

Challenge

Design and write the service pages and datasheets from scratch, ensuring that highly technical content would be both accurate for IT specialists and accessible for decision makers such as CIOs, CEOs, and compliance officers. 
The goal was to create consistency across all touchpoints—web, datasheets, email campaigns, and corporate presentations—while reinforcing Adam’s positioning as a reliable technology partner.

My contribution

- Designed the structure and information flow of each service page and datasheet, prioritising clarity, hierarchy, and scannability.
- Wrote service descriptions and technical copy that balanced precision with accessibility, addressing both technical and business audiences.
- Created microcopy and closing sections adapted to the discovery stage of the funnel, guiding users to engage without sounding overly commercial.
- Ensured alignment with Adam’s new brand identity and tone of voice across all deliverables.
- Collaborated with the SEO specialist, email marketing lead, the marketing director, and the design team to guarantee that service pages were consistent with campaigns and visual identity.

Results

Successfully launched new service pages and datasheets that established Adam’s offering in DRaaS, Cloud Storage, and Vulnerability Analysis.
Delivered content that supported both IT specialists and executive decision makers in evaluating Adam’s solutions.
Strengthened brand consistency across web, datasheets, campaigns, and presentations.
Provided Adam with a scalable content framework for future services.
