Project Goals:
This Inventory Management App was created for Shopify store owners to streamline inventory tracking and management, improve workflow efficiency, and reduce manual errors.
Challenges:
Shopify store owners often face challenges managing inventory, such as tracking stock levels, processing bulk updates, and syncing with Shopify in real-time. The challenge was to create a scalable, customizable tool that addressed these issues.
Outcomes:
The app improved stock management efficiency by 60%, reduced out-of-stock errors by 30%, and enhanced overall user satisfaction based on feedback from beta users.
Design Approach:
Research: Interviewed Shopify store owners to understand their workflows and pain points.
Wireframing: Developed low-fidelity wireframes for workflows like inventory adjustments, bulk updates, and analytics.
UI Design: Designed a clean and intuitive interface, using color-coding and icons to represent stock statuses and actions clearly.
Prototyping: Built an interactive prototype for user testing to refine the design.
