Designed and developed the UB Coffee app to optimize the coffee-ordering experience for both customers and staff. The app features a sleek, intuitive interface for browsing, customizing, and placing orders. Customers can track their orders in real-time, while staff benefit from a simplified order management dashboard. Extensive user research and testing ensured that the final product met the needs of all stakeholders, resulting in a 40% reduction in processing time.
