How I Streamlined Onboarding and Operations for Undisclosed on the Sana Platform

1. The Challenge

Undisclosed needed a quick and smooth launch on the Sana platform as part of their partnership. My role was to:
Support onboarding and provide technical assistance.
Help the team learn the platform inside and out.
Automate tedious, manual processes to boost efficiency.

2. The Plan

To make it happen, I leaned on these tools:
Replit: For building low-code apps to automate tasks.
Google Sheets: To map workflows and track progress.
Superhuman: For fast, efficient communication with the team.
The goal? A seamless onboarding experience and a long-term, efficient workflow for the team.

3. What I Did

Onboarding Support:
Worked closely with the Undisclosed team to get them up to speed on the Sana platform.
Provided technical assistance, answering questions and troubleshooting along the way.
Built Automation Tools:
Identified time-consuming manual tasks that were slowing the team down.
Designed and deployed apps using Replit to automate these processes, saving hours of work.
Optimized Workflows:
Organized workflows in Google Sheets to keep everything clear and measurable.
Made sure the tools I created were simple and easy for the team to use.

4. Testing & Improvements

Tested Everything in Replit: Made sure the automation tools worked perfectly before rolling them out.
Team Feedback: Listened to the Undisclosed team to refine the tools and make them even better.

5. The Results

Fast Onboarding: The Undisclosed team got up and running on the Sana platform without a hitch.
Time Saved: Manual processes were replaced with efficient, automated solutions.
Scalable Operations: The tools are built to support the team’s needs as they grow.
