Problem
Many creative professionals and early-stage founders often struggle with:
Creative blocks when starting new projects
Finding the right design direction or visual inspiration
Having to juggle multiple tools for logos, colors, layouts, and brand elements
Solution
Nova AI is built as a single creative workspace that lets users generate visual assets by simply describing what they need.
By combining:
A clean, dark mode interface for visual comfort
Prompt-driven UX for quick ideation
Organized output panels for saved and recent assets
Nova aims to help creators unlock ideas faster and more confidently.
UX Flow + Core Screens
This MVP concept focuses on three core screens:
1. Prompt Screen (Home)
Users choose from four creative modes: Layout, Logo, Color, Mood
They write a custom prompt like: “A modern logo for a tech startup using blue and silver colors”
Once submitted, the AI generates instant visual results below
2. Prompt Input Flow (Expanded)
Recent prompts show up for easy re-use
Results can be saved, favorited, or downloaded
A filter toggle adds basic refinement to result types
3. Generated Result Detail (Overlay)
Clicking a result opens a focused preview modal
Users can view full-size assets, see metadata, and download or save
These 3 screens cover the full UX loop: ideation → generation → selection
UI Design Decisions
Dark Theme
Chosen to reduce visual fatigue and create a cinematic feel
Gradients and neon accent colors add energy without distraction
Layout Logic
Clear hierarchy: prompt input always on top
Results are displayed in flexible grids
Sidebars balance prompt history and saved work
Visual Details
Soft shadows + glowing buttons = subtle depth
Uniform card sizes for generated results = visual rhythm
Minimal icons, large readable type, and clear CTAs

Designing Nova AI allowed me to blend:
Prompt-based user flows
Interface systems inspired by real AI tools
Visual storytelling with intentional depth
This project sharpened my skills in web app UX, dark UI systems, and designing around AI functionality, and it’s a direction I plan to explore more as AI-native tools evolve.
