The app waiting room was created to provide users with sense of trust and overview of what is happening with their test kits and samples .
The whole experience was designed to make sure users had clearly defined steps, from purchasing, completing the samples correctly to getting the results and everything in between. This was achieved through research, design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
