A Case Study in Brand-Aligned Design: ClickUp Emails & Web Elements

This project was a deep dive into the challenge of creating promotional emails and other web elements that are both engaging and strictly aligned with the brand guidelines of a $4 billion software company like ClickUp. Their brand identity is meticulously defined, and every design decision had to honor their established style, tone, and visual language to maintain a professional and consistent user experience.

The Challenge

The primary goal was to design a series of promotional email variants that would not only stand out in a crowded inbox but also feel like a seamless extension of the ClickUp brand. This meant working within their specific color palettes, typography, and visual assets while still creating fresh, compelling layouts that drive action. I focused on designing web elements that were clean, professional, and visually consistent with the ClickUp user interface. By creating multiple variations, I was able to test different approaches to headlines, calls-to-action, and content hierarchy to find the most effective combinations for conversion.
This video offers a behind-the-scenes look at how I navigated these strict constraints to produce a set of emails and other web elements that are both beautiful and strategically on-brand.
