1. Deep Dive & Discovery:

This was the immersion phase. I submerged myself in the world of Arebus, undertaking a thorough exploration of the business, analyzing the broader cybersecurity landscape, and conducting intensive sessions to extract what Arebus envisioned for its brand.

2. Brand Strategy:

Armed with insights from the discovery phase, I proceeded with market research to spot industry trends and opportunities. This allowed us to devise a positioning strategy pinpointing the ideal target audience that would most benefit from Arebus's unique solutions.

3. Brand Design:

Here, creativity met identity. I brought in my business partner / talented designer to develop a logo that symbolized the strength and innovation of Arebus. Drawing on inspiration from digital aesthetics and cybersecurity motifs, we defined a colour palette that's both modern and trustworthy. The typography chosen exuded professionalism, complemented by comprehensive brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

4. Go-To-Market Strategy:

I then plotted Arebus’s industry debut, crafting a plan that addressed product introduction, promotional strategies, sales channels, and customer support frameworks. Every detail was meticulously outlined to ensure a formidable market presence from day one.
