Tixoo is a SaaS promoter dashboard I designed and developed at 7 Seers for event creators who were managing their entire business through spreadsheets, limited third-party insights, and support calls.

The problem was straightforward but painful. Promoters had no real tool built for them. Existing platforms gave limited data, no control, and no visibility into how their events were actually performing. We redesigned the entire promoter workflow from scratch, not as a ticketing tool, but as a proper business dashboard for event creators.

The architecture was built around four pillars: Events, Analytics, Payments, and QR Entry. Each module was designed to work independently while feeding into a single unified view. Event creation was reduced to a guided four-step flow: Details, Pricing, Media, Publish. Analytics update in real time so creators always know exactly where their revenue and ticket sales stand. The QR entry system works offline so gate staff can check in attendees without network dependency.

The result was a product where promoters could manage their entire event business without calling support, trust their numbers because the data was real and live, and make decisions based on actual performance rather than rough estimates.
