A group of business systems delivered for Tritecs clients: vehicle maintenance and fleet management, booking, and business-card management.
My role
As Senior Product & Delivery Manager at Tritecs, I delivered these systems as part of a portfolio of concurrent client projects.
What I did
Started from users and business processes to define the problem worth solving
Translated those insights into requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and prioritized roadmaps
Managed delivery using Scrum/Kanban, including staffing, budgets, and risks
Kept priorities explicit and revisited them as new evidence emerged
Team and contribution
The systems were built by the Tritecs team. My contribution was product management and delivery leadership.
