Simplified Crypto Conversion UX for Faster Transactions

WakalaPay is a conceptual crypto conversion app designed to simplify the process of exchanging cryptocurrencies into local fiat currencies. The project focused on building a frictionless user experience for fast, secure, and intuitive transactions—especially for users in emerging markets where crypto adoption is growing.

To understand the needs of crypto users, I conducted secondary research and built user personas based on common pain points in existing platforms. Key insights included:
