A lot of Filipina women do not have the opportunity of experiencing organic personal care. We have seen the growing trend of associating organic with being expensive. COJO aims to bridge the gap between Filipinas and organic personal care.
Logo Design
The design philosophy of COJO is grounded on the brand being bold, fresh, inviting, and more importantly, inclusive. We designed the logo to represent Cora and Jo, the grandmothers of the owners—the faces and main inspirations behind COJO.
Packaging Design
For the packaging, we decided to veer away from the typical commercial packaging designs that we usually see on grocery shelves. Since the brand aims to be bold & fresh, we made sure to carry that through the packaging design while making sure not to blur all important information.
Brand Identity
We selected a color palette that reflects facets of the brand, tying them up with the brand’s inspirations, eventually crafting a brand identity that tells the story of COJO that empowers women to make healthier choices through fostering safe and inclusive spaces and engaging communities.
Social Media Content Creation
COJO’s main channel is Instagram, and so we decided to design social media pieces and assets with intention—pieces that are fun, inclusive, and disruptive. Since the work would eventually be taken over by a social media manager, we had to lay out a visual plan to ensure consistency.
