The Challenge

To build a new digital product called UGC Market and leverage user-generated content to make ads that convert.



The Design Strategy

UGC Market’s visual identity goal was to create a brand guideline that made it easy to create social media content and ads that pop and stand out on people’s feeds. We chose a bright and bold color palette and a strong icon mark that conveys the importance of social proof and authenticity that comes from user-generated content.



UI/UX Design

We leveraged Shopify’s awesome platform to build a user experience that defies the norm. Our goal was to fully productize content creation services and make the experience of shopping online for content, be as seamless as adding to a cart, filling out a brief, and checking out.



Social Media Art Direction

Staying true to the brand's core mission, our creative strategy for UGC Market relies on the principle that we create content that boosts engagement, builds social proof, and drives conversions. We defined the brand’s creative philosophy as bold, fun, and informative.

When working on a digital product, it is always important to start with research and to understand your target audience—doubling down on understanding the value it brings to the people and getting that message across.
