Challenges. While at Good Code, I worked with the team at Ziggiz to help them bring their powerful data platform to life. Their technology could unify and activate data from countless sources — but the challenge was how to make something that sophisticated feel simple, approachable, and human.

The early experience was functional but dense. It spoke more like a machine than a platform built for people. My goal was to design an interface that translated complex data intelligence into clarity — something that helped users understand, trust, and act on their data effortlessly.

I led the effort to reimagine how Ziggiz’s capabilities were presented, focusing on a human-centered approach that emphasized transparency and flow.

I designed the design system and visual language that made their automation and data intelligence features feel immediate and intuitive.

Through layout, tone, and interaction design, I gave the product a voice that felt confident yet conversational — allowing users to navigate powerful capabilities without ever feeling overwhelmed.

Each component was crafted to reinforce the values of clarity, speed, and trust, reflecting how Ziggiz’s intelligence works behind the scenes while staying invisible to the user.

From the “all your data in minutes” promise to the visual rhythm of automation workflows, every detail was designed to make effortlessness feel real — to turn Ziggiz’s deep data story into an experience that looks and feels alive.

Results. The redesign turned Ziggiz’s complex data ecosystem into a modern, cohesive, and human experience. Users could now see the value of the platform instantly — not buried in complexity, but expressed through fluid interactions and clear hierarchy.

Stakeholders described the new interface as “data clarity at human speed.” It positioned Ziggiz as more than just a data platform — it became a trustworthy companion for decision-making, blending powerful automation with intuitive design.
