FlutterFlow was used to rebuild the MVP for iOS, Android, and Web. The app integrates with the client’s proprietary backend system, custom analytics tools, and Intercom for messaging and support. All API connections were implemented securely with custom configurations.

One of the main challenges was implementing a secure magic link login flow using the client’s custom backend, which required custom API integration and authentication logic in FlutterFlow. Another complex requirement was capturing and sending granular user event data to the client’s custom analytics platform. Role-based onboarding for doctors vs. staff reviewers also introduced complexity, which was solved through conditional flows and backend role validation.

The app is live across all platforms and actively used by verified medical professionals. Due to the sensitivity of the medical niche and the verifying process involved, the app’s link and name cannot be made public. However, the client has fully adopted the FlutterFlow version for its speed, maintainability, and cross-platform support.

As a solo FlutterFlow expert, I completely rebuilt the client’s original MVP to enable rapid iteration and scalability. I focused on clean architecture, efficient API integration, and maintaining a minimal, functional UI that supports future enhancements. My work laid the foundation for future growth and internal adoption while solving complex backend authentication and analytics challenges.
