Each app offers a curated set of mini-games focused on memory, logic, sound recognition, and basic learning concepts like shapes, colors, and numbers. With multiple themed variations — from cars and dinosaurs to animals and airplanes — the project caters to a wide range of interests, making it ideal for parents looking for both entertainment and developmental support for their toddlers.

Managing such a large suite of games across multiple themes presented a technical challenge in terms of database efficiency. Specifically, reducing Firestore read counts was crucial for both performance and cost. I solved this by implementing batched reads and caching strategies, ensuring minimal reads without compromising real-time updates.

Several apps in this series have reached over 1 million downloads, with daily organic installs ranging between 600–1000 per day. The apps enjoy high retention and positive feedback from parents worldwide.

I managed the entire development cycle as a solo FlutterFlow expert — from ideation and market research to design, development, testing, and store deployment. I leveraged FlutterFlow to rapidly produce high-quality, cross-platform apps with engaging UI/UX, all while integrating monetization features and optimizing backend usage for scalability.
