One of the key challenges was building a role-based UI system that adapts to four user types (students, parents, teachers, admins) while ensuring data privacy and access control. Additionally, implementing group-based notifications (e.g., specific dance schools or parent groups) required custom Firebase logic and dynamic filtering. These were successfully solved using FlutterFlow’s advanced logic builder and Firebase’s flexible user document structure.

5 weeks from initial concept to app store launch.

The app is actively used by JP Dance Company, improving communication with parents and increasing student engagement through the reward system. The company is now planning additional features and updates based on user feedback.

As a solo FlutterFlow expert, I led the full development cycle—from UI/UX design to implementation and app store deployment. I ensured a smooth and fast turnaround while integrating Firebase for scalable performance. The result is a polished, user-friendly app tailored to the real needs of a modern dance school.
