As the Social Marketing Manager, I have been responsible for building processes from the ground up, as well as executing all daily operations for 10+ restaurant social media accounts, organizing a HubSpot CRM with over 30,000 contacts, and launching influencer campaigns as well as targeted email promotions.
Social Media Management
- Established the social media presence for four restaurants within the company, maintaining a cohesive and engaging brand image across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Responsible for selecting photos, designing graphics, and writing all copy for daily posts across platforms

Email & Automation Management
- Created compelling email copy that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates marketing messages to target audiences.
