Unifyd360 is a comprehensive customer data and revenue intelligence platform designed specifically for hotels. It centralizes guest information, financial performance, marketing tools, and operational management into one powerful dashboard.

🎯Problem

Many hotels today face significant operational challenges due to fragmented data systems and limited decision-making tools. Revenue information, customer preferences, campaign performance, and operational insights are often stored across multiple platforms or handled manually. This makes it difficult for hotel managers to make accurate, data-driven decisions.
Hotels also struggle to understand customer behavior in depth, causing them to miss opportunities for personalization and targeted marketing. Manual customer data entry often leads to duplication, outdated information, and low campaign effectiveness. Revenue analysis—such as comparing financial performance year-over-year—becomes time-consuming and prone to errors when done without centralized tools.
Marketing and campaign management are also inefficient because hotels lack automated systems to segment audiences, schedule campaigns, track engagement, and measure conversion. Without integrated automation, teams must rely on manual processes that slow down execution and reduce marketing impact.
These challenges highlight the need for a centralized SAAS platform that can unify revenue analytics, customer management, and marketing automation into one system to support smarter decisions and improve hotel performance.

🙌 My Approach

To solve these challenges, the project adopts a structured and data-driven approach that focuses on deep integration, automation, and usability. The goal is to centralize all hotel-related insights into a single SAAS platform that supports better decision-making and operational efficiency.

Collaborating with hotel management and staff to understand operational workflows, data sources, marketing processes, and decision-making needs.
Identifying user roles and defining permission levels to ensure each department—finance, marketing, operations, and management—has the right tools and access.
Designing a unified revenue analytics system that consolidates room revenue, F&B performance, and total hotel earnings into one dashboard with year-over-year comparison.
Implementing automated customer data import via FTP, reducing manual work and ensuring customer profiles are always accurate and up to date.
Creating segmentation logic based on customer attributes and behaviors to support targeted promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Developing marketing automation features including email campaign creation, scheduling, integration with third-party services, and analytics tracking.
Ensuring multilingual support and customizable message templates so hotels can operate internationally and tailor communication to their audience.
Building a flexible subscription and billing system to handle multi-user hotel accounts and SAAS billing cycles smoothly.
Conducting continuous design iterations based on staff feedback to ensure the platform is easy, intuitive, and efficient for daily use.
Through this approach, the SAAS system becomes a centralized, automated, and intelligent platform that empowers hotels to make smarter decisions, improve customer engagement, and optimize revenue performance.
