Is Secret Santa the only option to amuse coworkers and employees during the Christmas season?
It might not be!
Let's take a glimpse at some extra Christmassy ideas that I delivered to my clients.
Internal Engagement - COCA-COLA
There are tons of things that you can do to engage your employees and bring Christmas joy into the offices.
For example, we invited Coca-Cola employees to take part in the internal activation via the Instagram filter that nudged them to do Acts of kindness and melt someone's heart.
Some of the predefined Acts of kindness:
Hug a colleague who needs it most!
Join someone who eats alone!
Cheer someone up with a sweet gift!
Send an email to that very special work bestie!
*The best thing is that all of it could also be done in physical form, with cards being drawn.

There are no better gifts for employees than the ones that communicate:
Team and brand values;
The care and understanding of employees' needs.
