Project Description

The problem-solving approaches used to fulfill requirements:

For the EBQ Internal Marketing Project, I played a significant role as I was the only resource and manager for the entire company's internal project for two quarters. My responsibilities included conducting market research, creating marketing campaigns, tracking marketing metrics, and presenting progress reports to executives. The project aimed to improve the company's marketing strategies and increase its clientele base, with a focus on developing targeted marketing campaigns for different customer segments, expanding the company's social media presence and enhancing the customer experience through personalized marketing.

I also contributed to various team projects by creating graphics. These graphics were tailored to meet the specific needs of each project, such as map representations, presentations for client meetings, and administrative projects. By creating these visuals, I was able to communicate complex ideas more effectively and ensure that our team's work was presented in a professional and visually appealing way.

Challenges faced and how they were overcome:

By leveraging data analytics and market research, I was able to identify the company's unique selling proposition and develop marketing campaigns that resonated with the company's target audience. I also implemented a customer relationship management system that enabled the company to track customer interactions and personalize their marketing messages based on their preferences and past behaviors.

During the project, I faced several challenges, including limited resources, tight timelines, and resistance from some team members who were not fully convinced of the project's potential impact. However, I overcame these challenges by leveraging my communication and negotiation skills to persuade the team members to buy into the project's objectives.

What revisions were made:

In order to accommodate the changes in the company's marketing needs and to ensure that the project remained on track, I had to make several revisions to the project plan. These changes included a more detailed analysis of the target audience, an examination of the current market trends, and a review of the existing project timeline. Additionally, I consulted with key stakeholders to ensure that the revised plan met their expectations and aligned with the overall goals of the company. As a result of these efforts, the project was able to stay on schedule and meet the needs of all stakeholders involved.

What impacts were made:

The impacts of the EBQ Internal Marketing Project were significant. The project led to the creation of a whole new internal marketing department in the company along with an increase in the company's clientele base, improved brand visibility, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Additionally, the project helped to create a culture of innovation and collaboration within the company, leading to improved employee engagement and retention rates.

Further impacts and results included: ● Collaborated with senior staff to create forecasts and strategies for successful marketing campaigns.

● Standardized social media projects and worked closely with sales teams to achieve goals.

● Managed email marketing campaigns, graphic designs, website updates, and generated reports.

● Provided Salesforce Pardot administration training to chief executives of multi-million-dollar enterprises.

● Obtained Salesforce Pardot Marketing Specialist certification, worked with multiple other Salesforce products, and other related email marketing automation tools like Marketo, MailChimp, and OntraPages.

● Administered a special email marketing campaign for Frontier Communications, Mitel, and other partnered companies and clients as needed during department developments.
