To solve the problem of low engagement and brand awareness for VIVO Realty Group on social media, I conducted market research to identify the target audience and social media channels. I then developed a content calendar to ensure regular and consistent posting, and created engaging and visually appealing social media content. To increase reach and engagement, I also utilized paid advertising. Along the way, I discovered that repurposing existing content and creating new source content with photography projects of landmarks around town helped to overcome limited resources for content creation. I also engaged with followers and created a social media community to increase engagement. Throughout the project, revisions were made to the social media strategy based on performance data and feedback, including adjusting the content calendar, refining the targeting strategy, and incorporating user-generated content. The social media strategy resulted in increased brand awareness and website traffic, improved engagement on social media channels, and establishing VIVO Realty Group as a thought leader in the real estate industry.
