VIVO Realty Design and Social Media Case Study

Overview

This case study will delve into my experience as a social media manager for VIVO Realty Group. I was responsible for various tasks that revolved around the development and execution of an effective social media strategy. Among my key responsibilities was to identify social media platforms that would be most beneficial for VIVO Realty Group. In order to do that, I had to carry out a thorough analysis of the different social media platforms to determine which ones would be most effective in reaching the target audience.

Once I had identified the relevant social media platforms, I developed a comprehensive social media strategy that was tailored to their specific needs. This strategy was aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving traffic to the VIVO Realty website. I also had to ensure that the social media strategy was aligned with the overall marketing strategy of the company.

To achieve the goals of the social media strategy, I had to consistently create and curate engaging content that would resonate with the target audience. This involved conducting thorough research to identify the topics that were most relevant to the target audience and creating content that was both informative and entertaining. I also had to keep an eye on the latest trends in the real estate industry to ensure that the content remained fresh and relevant.

In addition to creating and curating content, I also had to engage with the audience on social media. This involved responding to comments and messages, as well as initiating conversations with the audience. I had to ensure that the tone of the conversations was in line with the brand values of VIVO Realty Group.

Overall, my experience as a social media manager for VIVO Realty Group has been incredibly rewarding. Through this role, I have been able to develop a deep understanding of the importance of social media in the success of a business.

Problem & Solution 🤝

The problem that we solved was the lack of engagement and low brand awareness for VIVO Realty Group on social media. The target audience was not being reached effectively, and the content being produced was not resonating with them. To solve this problem, we developed and executed a comprehensive social media strategy that was tailored to the specific needs of VIVO Realty Group.

Along the way, I discovered that repurposing existing content and creating new source content with photography projects of landmarks around town helped to overcome limited resources for content creation. I also engaged with followers and created a social media community to increase engagement. Throughout the project, revisions were made to the social media strategy based on performance data and feedback, including adjusting the content calendar, refining the targeting strategy, and incorporating user-generated content. The social media strategy resulted in increased brand awareness and website traffic, improved engagement on social media channels, and establishing VIVO Realty Group as a thought leader in the real estate industry.

Challenges and Solutions

During the project, I faced the following challenges:

Takeaways 📣

Through my experience as a social media manager for VIVO Realty Group, I learned the importance of market research and data analysis in developing an effective social media strategy. Assisted in the creation of a display case for current listings positioned in the window to attract passerby's and foot traffic. Initially, basic printouts were utilized. However, the design was later enhanced to be more impactful by increasing its size and adopting a minimalist approach, complete with a custom design.
