Fiesta Rojo: Brand Design

Every choice is intentional — from the color palette that blends seamlessly into the surroundings to the visual storytelling that reflects the essence of this aged tequila made with local, natural ingredients.
The deep red accent, inspired by the color of a sunset on a scorching day, adds warmth and depth. A stylized custom illustration — placed above the “i” in the main logo and above the submark on the far right — combines sun, sunrays + the agave plant, the heart of tequila itself.

Alongside the logo, the label includes a custom hand-drawn illustration of wild cats — a nod to untamed nature — paired with the sun/agave motif to evoke the raw, local origin of the ingredients.
Secondary logo paired with a modern shot glass — a visual cue that highlights the versatility of the tequila and its potential for cocktail mixing.

Project Scope
Full brand identity for a premium aged tequila including a primary logo, secondary logo, submark, custom illustration elements, packaging label and mockups for product presentation. The goal was to craft a distinctive, nature-rooted visual identity that feels authentic, refined, and regionally inspired.
Concept & Approach
The brand tells the story of a tequila made with intention — slow-aged, naturally sourced and deeply connected to its environment. The creative direction was guided by the idea of merging sunlight, wildness + craft with all design elements chosen to reflect the natural terrain where the tequila originates. A custom sun-agave motif is central to the identity, representing warmth, tradition and the agave plant’s essential role in the product.
Packaging Details
The tequila bottle features a custom-designed label combining the logo, brand illustration and hand-drawn wild cats — a symbol of the untamed spirit of the region. The wooden bottle cap emphasizes the aged, grounded nature of the product, adding texture and storytelling to the tactile experience.
Visual Direction
The color palette was inspired by the sunset tones of a hot desert evening: warm neutrals, sun-faded browns and a bold, deep red as the signature accent. Typography balances modernity and heritage, while imagery and mockups showcase how the brand translates across different contexts — from refined sipping to cocktail-ready moments.
