The Hill App - App of The Year 2023

The Hill App is an innovative platform dedicated to closing the gender gap in the tech industry by connecting talented women with top employers. Through strategic design and functionality, the app empowers women to step up to their next career challenge while helping employers streamline their recruitment processes, reduce costs, and enhance diversity.

As the lead UI/UX designer for The Hill App, I was responsible for the entire design lifecycle from concept through to final implementation. My focus was on creating a user-friendly interface that would facilitate easy navigation and interaction for both employers and job seekers.
