Skyview West – Brand Identity

Skyview West is a contemporary apartment complex offering elevated suburban living with a calm, design-forward aesthetic. The client approached me to create a complete brand identity that would resonate with modern renters seeking comfort, style, and a sense of home. The goal was to position Skyview West as both approachable and elevated—subtle luxury designed for real life.

Our strategy centered on creating a serene yet sophisticated brand presence, aligning with the values of community, warmth, and modern comfort. This wasn't just about selling real estate—it was about selling the feeling of coming home. The brand needed to feel premium without being exclusive, calm without being bland, and versatile across digital, print, and environmental applications.

The logo combines a refined serif typeface with ample spacing to evoke a sense of stability and modernity. The accompanying symbol—an abstract geometric shape—was inspired by architectural forms and compass motifs, representing direction, place, and perspective. Its circular frame and symmetrical balance reinforce the ideas of harmony and completeness, while the gold hue adds a soft sense of prestige.

The result is a cohesive, elegant identity system that feels high-end without being alienating—perfect for young professionals, small families, and pet owners alike.
