🧠 Project Overview

Andy Cole's company, Helpfulsales (formerly known as 0260labs), is a real estate appointment setter that generated more than a million dollars in revenue in 2024.

At first, he had a very basic one-section website. The objective is to revamp his one-section website into a modern, user-friendly design and robust functionality to enhance user experience and increase conversions.

Project Work Process

🔍 Research & Strategy

Competitive Audit: Analyzed leading real estate appointment setters to understand industry standards and essential website sections.

Client Collaboration: Worked closely with Andy Cole to grasp the company's vision and brand essence, ensuring alignment in design decisions.

🧱 Wireframing & Information Architecture

User Flows: Developed user flows focusing on optimal page structure and information flow.

Wireframes: Created wireframes adhering to UX best practices, serving as a blueprint for the design phase.

Client Approval: Presented wireframes to the client for feedback and approval before proceeding.

🎨 Design Iterations & Development

Design System: The design process splits into creating a design system that includes a colour system, a typeface system, and other necessary components.

Logo Redesign: As the company transitions to a new one, we had to redesign the logo. The logo provided with different variations to that it can be distributed to over over social media.

Framer Development: Taking this approved designs into a fully responsive website using Framer, ensuring seamless user experience across devices.
