Project overview

Kassow Robots is a Danish manufacturer of high‑performance 7‑axis collaborative robots designed to work alongside humans in demanding industrial environments. They asked me to redesign and rebuild their marketing website in Webflow to attract more qualified leads, better showcase their product range, and give their team full control over content and growth.

Context & challenges

The previous website did not fully support Kassow Robots’ growth ambitions. It made it harder than necessary for visitors to understand the product portfolio, see the benefits of 7‑axis cobots, or quickly get in touch with the team. The structure and interface had grown over time, which created friction in navigation and made key pages and information less accessible.
On the business side, the team wanted the website to clearly communicate their products’ USPs, reinforce brand values, and differentiate from an increasingly competitive cobot market. They also needed a setup that could scale organic acquisition through SEO and provide better insight into website traffic and lead generation. Finally, the old stack made content editing slow and dependent on developers, which limited their ability to react to product updates, events, and news.

Approach & Process

We started with a complete overhaul of the site architecture: new sitemap, clearer user flows for customers and partners, and wireframes to define how products, benefits, and use cases should appear on key pages. The focus was on helping visitors quickly find the right robot or contact path, while clearly explaining the advantages of Kassow’s 7‑axis technology.

Visual design

The new interface is minimalist and product‑first, with a clean typographic system and Kassow’s orange‑red accent used to highlight key actions and information. The overall feel is technical and high‑end, aligning the website with the quality and precision of the robots.

Webflow development & ecosystem

In Webflow, I set up a scalable CMS for blog posts, events, case studies, and the Kassow Robots Ecosystem, plus multi‑language support and advanced filtering. Forms are connected to Zapier and HubSpot, and the ecosystem layer links Softr and Airtable so partners can submit solutions, get approved, and appear automatically on the site.

Key features & highlights

Clear, reworked information architecture and navigation tailored to different user types
Product‑centric layouts that highlight benefits, specs, and use cases in an accessible way
Multi‑language implementation to support Kassow Robots’ international presence
Rich CMS structure for blog, events, ecosystem items, and other dynamic content
Ecosystem flow built with Softr, Airtable, and Webflow for partner solution submissions and approvals
Integrated forms connected to Zapier and HubSpot to streamline lead handling
SEO‑oriented content structure and pages to support organic growth and lower acquisition costs

Results & impact

After launch, Kassow Robots saw an increase in organic traffic and more leads generated through the website, confirming that the new structure, SEO foundations, and clearer messaging were working in the right direction. The internal team can now edit and publish content, manage ecosystem entries, and iterate on pages much more quickly thanks to the Webflow CMS and the connected tools.
Beyond metrics, the new website positions Kassow Robots as a technical, high‑end player in the cobot space, aligning the digital experience with the quality and performance of their robots. It also provides a more solid platform for ongoing iterations, new pages, and future marketing campaigns.

Client perspective

From the collaboration, Kassow Robots gained not only a redesigned website, but also a clearer structure for content, a more robust ecosystem presence, and a tool they can actually work with day‑to‑day instead of relying on developers for every change. The project laid the foundation for continued development phases focused on refining the experience and expanding the site as the company grows.

My role & tools

I led the project from strategy to implementation: site architecture and UX, visual design, and full Webflow development. The tech stack included Webflow for the main site, Figma for design, Airtable and Softr for the ecosystem layer, and integrations with Zapier and HubSpot for lead management.
