Designing an AI-Powered Market Intelligence Platform for Commercial Real Estate
Overview
nëdl is the first AI-powered sales and market intelligence platform built specifically for the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. Using proprietary machine learning and artificial intelligence, the platform analyzes millions of data points from thousands of sources to deliver actionable market intelligence, investment insights, and sales opportunities.
The goal of this project was to design a sophisticated enterprise platform that transforms complex real estate data into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights, enabling brokers, investors, developers, and sales teams to make faster, data-driven decisions.
The Challenge
