Problem: Roxanne Russel was launching her coaching and consulting business but had no existing digital presence - no branding, no website, and no online visibility. She needed a professional, high-end platform that would reflect her expertise, attract executive clients, and position her as a trusted leader in her field. The challenge was to build her entire digital brand from scratch while ensuring a user experience that felt both personal and luxurious.

Research & Discovery

Conducted competitor analysis within the coaching, consulting, and executive leadership industry.
Identified target audience: executives, business leaders, and professionals seeking high-end personal coaching services.
Collaborated directly with the client to gather brand inspiration for color palettes, tone of voice, visual style, and service positioning.
Analyzed market trends to ensure the design would differentiate Roxanne’s brand while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.

Goals:

Create a sophisticated, modern brand identity that reflects Roxanne’s expertise and premium coaching services.
Communicate service offerings and coaching programs.
Build trust and credibility through personalized imagery and client testimonials.
Guide users toward booking coaching consultations with clear call-to-actions.
Ensure a fully responsive experience for both desktop and mobile devices.

From Concept to Creation

Mood board:
Explored color palettes, imagery, and tone to capture the luxury, trust, and sophistication Roxanne’s brand needed.
Color Palette:
I established a neutral-based color palette with soft accents, balancing professionalism and approachability for her executive clientele.
Typography:
Font selections were chosen for high readability and elegance across devices while reflecting premium coaching services.

Mid-Fidelity Wireframes

After finalizing the initial structure and user flows, I created mid-fidelity wireframes to map out content placement, hierarchy, and key interactions. These wireframes allowed me to focus on usability, layout balance, and content organization before introducing full visual styling. They served as a foundation for client feedback and iteration, ensuring the design direction aligned with both business goals and user expectations.

Solution

To address Roxanne Russel’s need for a premium online presence, I developed a full visual identity and responsive website from scratch, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and brand positioning.
Visual System & Design Decisions
The color palette was carefully crafted to reflect the brand’s sophistication and premium positioning:
Obsidian Noir and Charcoal Velvet create a luxurious foundation.
Ivory Mist and Rose Quartz provide softness and balance.
Steel Horizon supports typography and UI accents.
The monochrome approach ensures high contrast, readability, and accessibility, while simplified call-to-actions guide visitors toward key service inquiries with minimal friction.
UX Approach
A clear navigation structure makes it simple for busy executive clients to find information quickly.
Minimalist layouts help reduce cognitive load and highlight key services.
Responsive design ensures a consistent experience across devices.
Developed wireframes to outline the website's structure and layout.
Iteratively prototyped interactive designs to test user flows.

This project allowed me to take full creative ownership — blending both my visual design skills and UX strategy to help a client build her entire digital brand from the ground up.
