We ran around eight pages of desktop research: what this product is, how to build it technically, whothe user is and what already exists on the market.

Information architecture and user flow design are not visible in the final product. But they determine whether users stay or leave.
We made sure every role had a clear path and every section had a reason to exist.

The price of a build should be confirmed before the most expensive phase of design, not after it. So we added a build-capacity checkpoint.
