SCAMA is an active Non-profit near Montréal, Canada They brought me in to help them build a system inside notion for one of their big projects. I met multiple times with the project manager in charge to actually assess the needs, and structure of the team and project. I then proceeded to start the build while regurarly checking in with the project manager. I drew inspiration from the PARA method popularized by Tiago Forte. I started by building out the source databases to centralize all the information (The different sections, Projects, activities, tasks, documents). I then crafted specific contextual dashboards for a better collaborative experience for the team. Here's some snapshots of the finished results :
