I owned the full lifecycle: wrote the PRD, scoped UX wireframes, built the React frontend and Laravel API, and ran acquisition (Zalo Ads, ZNS, Meta Ads) in parallel with the build. The loyalty architecture connects to external CDP for point sync and validates purchase claims against external systems in real time on upload. Hit ~1,000 active users in week one, ran for ~2 weeks before full handover. Mình phụ trách toàn bộ vòng đời: viết PRD, scope UX wireframe, build React frontend và Laravel API, chạy acquisition (Zalo Ads, ZNS, Meta Ads) song song với quá trình build. Kiến trúc loyalty kết nối với CDP ngoài để đồng bộ điểm và verify mua hàng với hệ thống ngoài theo thời gian thực khi upload. Đạt ~1.000 user active trong tuần đầu, vận hành ~2 tuần trước khi bàn giao.

Vấn đề

A consumer electronics brand needed a loyalty loop native to Zalo — points, tasks, redeem, brand news, and warranty — that could launch fast and drive real user activation inside Vietnam's dominant chat platform. The complexity wasn't the UI; it was the integrations: CDP for point sync, and a strict real-time verification system that validated purchase claims (order number, product serial, purchase date) on upload before any points were awarded. Cái phức tạp không phải UI; mà là tích hợp: CDP để đồng bộ điểm, và hệ thống verify thời gian thực cực strict — upload lên là gọi API xác thực ngay (mã đơn hàng, serial sản phẩm, ngày mua) trước khi cộng bất kỳ điểm nào.

Owned the full product: PRD, UX wireframes, React client, and Laravel API — home, points hub, task engine, redeem catalog, news feed, and user profile, all native to Zalo. Integrated a strict external verification API that fires on upload — validates order number, product serial, and purchase date against backend systems before any points are credited. Zero tolerance for fake claims baked into the UX flow. Tích hợp API verify ngoài cực strict — gọi ngay khi upload, xác thực mã đơn hàng, serial sản phẩm và ngày mua với hệ thống backend trước khi cộng điểm. Zero tolerance cho claim giả được nhúng thẳng vào UX flow.

Connected to an external CDP for cross-system point sync, and built a coherent gamification loop: accumulation, task completion, lucky-spin hooks, and voucher redeem states — including the edge case UX when a user doesn't have enough points. Ran omni-channel acquisition (Zalo Ads, ZNS, Meta Ads) tied to the Mini App launch — not just shipped UI, but drove activation. ~1,000 active users in week one. Quyết định kỹ thuật chính

Why verify on upload before awarding points? Vì sao verify ngay khi upload trước khi cộng điểm?

Loyalty abuse kills trust. Real-time validation of order number, serial, and purchase date against backend systems makes fake claims fail in the UX flow — not in a weekly ops cleanup. Lạm dụng loyalty phá niềm tin. Validate thời gian thực mã đơn, serial và ngày mua với backend khiến claim giả fail ngay trong UX — không phải dọn trong ops hàng tuần.

Why treat CDP as the points source of truth? Vì sao coi CDP là nguồn sự thật của điểm?

Points already lived in the brand ecosystem. The Mini App is a client of that truth via sync — not a second ledger that drifts from CRM/CDP. Điểm đã sống trong hệ sinh thái brand. Mini App là client của nguồn đó qua sync — không phải sổ điểm thứ hai lệch khỏi CRM/CDP.

Integration risk and activation risk land together. Owning product scope, API/integrations, and launch acquisition kept architecture decisions tied to week-one activation — not a handoff after UI looked done.
