I architected and delivered the Zalo Mini App end-to-end in 2.5 weeks: bilingual activity list, session detail with live slot status, auth flows, interactive map canvas, and granular event tracking. Ran across multiple event phases — Phase 1 without tracking, Phase 2 with full instrumentation. Zalo security/compliance approval included in the delivery timeline. A university Experience Day needed a mobile event portal students and families would actually use — bilingual activity discovery, live session slots, interactive venue maps, and behavioral tracking — under a 2.5-week delivery window with Zalo platform compliance gates to clear. Built session detail pages with live slot status updates — designed to handle ~100 concurrent users updating event timing in real time without degrading the experience. Shipped VN/EN activity cards, filters by programme and location, and session pages with venue details and slot status — one UI serving both students and families. Built an interactive canvas map of event buildings and zones — attendees could navigate the venue layout directly in the app instead of hunting for a printed floor plan.
