I built the IICS website end-to-end myself — not directing vendors. The hard part wasn't only pages and UI: deep CMS/backend customization so non-tech teams can work with AI-assisted flows, plus SEO and GEO foundations baked into the product. v1 shipped on Laravel 12 + Filament (now offline). v2 is live at iics.ai on Laravel 13 + Statamic. Vấn đề

The agency needed more than a pretty marketing site — a deeply customized CMS and backend that non-tech teams could run day-to-day, plug into AI workflows, and stay strong on SEO/GEO. Out-of-the-box agency templates couldn't cover that depth; page count and design complexity only raised the bar further. Agency cần nhiều hơn một site marketing đẹp — CMS và backend customize sâu để team non-tech vận hành hằng ngày, gắn được với workflow AI, đồng thời tối ưu SEO/GEO. Template agency sẵn không đủ độ sâu đó; số trang lớn và design phức tạp càng đẩy độ khó lên.

Went far beyond stock Statamic/Filament setup — content models, editorial workflows, and backend hooks shaped for how the agency actually works, including AI-assisted ops that non-tech teammates can use without engineering in the loop.
