Each upcoming season’s apparel line is compiled into catalogs that serve as both sales and marketing tools for Skechers’ global sales conference. For the women’s apparel line, a complete seasonal assortment needed to be organized into book format, including SKU codes and essential material information, while maintaining a cohesive visual language that reflected the theme of the collection.

The process involved every team in the apparel department, requiring close collaboration with technical designers, apparel designers, product developers, and the marketing and sales teams. Alignment across all departments was essential to ensure accurate and consistent information could be included in the booklet. Many of the graphic elements featured in the season’s T-shirt lineup were also used throughout the booklet, along with the color stories applied across the full line. Once approved by the legal department, the booklet was sent to print and distributed at the sales conference.
