Many busy working professionals and university students encounter challenges when seeking convenient and efficient food ordering solutions. Despite the growing demand for streamlined services, these users still struggle to save time and avoid long queues when placing orders from local eateries. This indicates a gap in the market for a solution that prioritizes efficiency and convenience, catering to the specific needs of individuals with hectic schedules. The problem lies in the existing limitations of current food ordering options, which fail to adequately address the time-saving and queue-avoidance requirements of the target user demographic.

Zing revolutionizes food ordering from local restaurants by providing user-centric features such as pre-ordering, menu filtering, estimated service times, outlet locations, and delivery options. This innovative web application prioritizes efficiency and convenience, ensuring a hassle-free experience for busy individuals who seek to save time and enjoy delicious meals without enduring long queues or complicated ordering processes. We engaged in a collaborative brainstorming session, generating a plethora of innovative concepts for the takeaway delivery flow and designing impactful banners for the app interface.
