E-commerce App Revamp

In this project, I focused on enhancing the UI/UX of an e-commerce platform to drive user engagement, streamline the shopping experience, and boost conversion rates. The goal was to identify and address pain points in the customer journey and implement data-driven design changes to improve overall performance.
