A brand needs the right creator fast and wants to know exactly where its money goes. A creator wants to make content and get paid without leaving the app.
Same product, opposite reasons for opening it. Here is how we designed it.
About project
Social Tap is where a campaign starts and finishes. A brand says what kind of creator it needs and the AI search brings back a list with a reason for every match.
From there the brand can message, agree on the work, watch progress and pay in the same window.
Creators open the same platform from their side and make video, images, audio and posts with AI tools built in.
We designed all of it from zero.
The challenge
If your product has two types of users, you already know the problem.
One B2B SaaS platform had to feel personal to a brand and to a creator at the same time.
A brand opens it to spend money well and wants to feel confident doing that. A creator opens it to earn and wants the work to be easy from the first minute.
Those two moments decide whether a platform like this works and that is exactly where we began.
Designed to be built
To make sure the design was dev-ready, we focused on product logic before adding any visuals.
We documented every screen state, edge case and user interaction. On top of that, an independent reviewer on our team checked every single screen before the final handoff.
