During this time period, I forged a culture of mentorship and skill development by serving as a workshop trainer for sales coach train-the-trainer program for Minnesota market. I successfully promoted three full-time sales advisors to supervisor roles and elevated two visuals and two department managers to store manager positions through robust monitoring and leadership.

Improved business profitability and positioned Mall of America outside of bottom 15 for profit, ensuring organization's long-term sustainability and success.
