Enkra AI - AI powered wellness app

Enkra is a personal operating system for people who want to live with more discipline. Most health apps track one thing well, a workout, a meal, a night of sleep, and leave the user to join the dots themselves. Enkra was built to hold the whole picture: goals, sleep, nutrition, training, and reflection in one place, with AI that reads across all of it and tells the user what is actually working. The brief was a focused mobile app for iOS and Android with a premium tier, backed by a web admin portal, built to feel calm and personal rather than like another dashboard.

Platform Choice: Built with FlutterFlow for iOS and Android on one codebase, so both stores could launch together.

Design Refresh: The client arrived with an existing design and a clear style. We ran a design audit, then refreshed and upgraded it rather than starting from scratch.

Health Data Sync: Sleep and activity flow in automatically from Apple Health through a health data integration, so the user does not have to log what their phone already knows.

AI That Connects the Dots: Weekly AI insights read across sleep, nutrition, training, and goals together, surfacing patterns a single-purpose tracker would never catch.

Reflection Built In: An AI journaling flow gives users a guided way to think, not just record, which is what separates a discipline tool from a data tool.

Content as Retention: A curated Growth Library keeps people coming back between logs, giving the app value on days they have nothing to track.

Monetization: A premium tier through RevenueCat, so billing stayed clean without custom payment plumbing.

We scoped a tight first release around the core loop of goals, tracking, insight, and reflection. Anything that did not serve that loop, including a broader scheduling layer, was deliberately parked for a later phase so the app could ship focused.

The client came to us with an existing design and a clear visual style. Rather than replace it, we ran a design audit, kept what was working, and refreshed and upgraded the rest. The result had to feel like a calm daily companion, not a spreadsheet. Logging needed to be fast enough to do without thinking, and the insight screens needed to make a week of scattered data feel like a clear story.

We built goal setting, Apple Health sleep sync, nutrition and workout logging, the weekly AI insight engine, AI journaling, and the Growth Library. Supabase handled data and auth, an AI layer powered insights and journaling, RevenueCat handled the premium tier, and Resend covered transactional email. A web admin portal was built alongside for oversight of users and content.

We tested the flows that carry the product: syncing health data, logging quickly, and receiving an insight that actually lands. Once stable, Enkra shipped to the App Store and Google Play with the full feature set live.
