Zero Estate is a pioneering carbon-positive warehouse complex in Yennora, NSW, set for completion in 2025. The project required a visual identity that could evolve with future developments while maintaining a cohesive brand hierarchy. Additionally, the landing page needed to effectively communicate Zero Estate’s mission, targeting environmentally-conscious business owners seeking sustainable industrial spaces.

The design process involved in-depth research into luxury builder websites, and environmentally conscious commercial brands to establish the right aesthetic and functionality. A moodboard and design system were created to ensure consistency, followed by low-fi and high-fi wireframes to refine the user experience. The final prototype incorporated interactive and animated elements, carefully developed in Figma to guide the build process and bring the brand’s vision to life.
