Post-purchase email copy review and QA handoff
Self-directed, AI-assisted demonstration for a hypothetical Shopify matcha shop. No customer data was used. This is not a paid client case or a live Klaviyo implementation, and it does not claim revenue results. All native account tests are marked NOT RUN.
The brief Extend an earlier concept into a three-email journey: preparation guidance, a relevant recipe and a carefully gated refill prompt. Give each email one primary action and give the account owner clear checks before release.
What I produced • Three original email drafts with subject lines, preview text, primary CTAs and marked destination fields. • Evidence-linked review findings covering an unverified recipe destination, missing native test evidence and assumptions about delivery and replenishment timing. • Flow requirements for first-time buyer eligibility, delivery evidence, product relevance, repeat orders and subscriptions. • A 12-case native QA plan, reusable issue record and owner sign-off sheet.
Review result The desk review confirmed one primary CTA per email and no promised sales lift, scarcity or discount claims. The copy avoids an unnecessary first-name merge field. Links, product assumptions and timing still require brand approval. Copy approval alone does not establish deployment readiness.
The six-page demonstration includes the full copy, flow handoff and acceptance sheet.
