Overview
Sprig is a conceptual fintech app designed to make financial growth feel effortless, fun, and rewarding. The brand is rooted in gamification and wellness-inspired design, transforming money management into an engaging experience.
My role included building the brand from the ground up: creating the logo and identity system, designing the UI/UX for the mobile app, producing a full investor pitch deck, and crafting motion design elements to bring the product to life.
My Contributions
1. Brand Strategy & Identity
Developed the core brand narrative: finance made playful, approachable, and growth oriented.
Designed the logo featuring a sprouting coin, symbolizing growth and prosperity.
Built a visual identity system with fresh greens, warm neutrals, and playful gradients to balance trust with energy.
Defined typography, color palettes, and brand tone for consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Pitch Deck
Created a 12-slide investor pitch deck covering vision, market opportunity, revenue model, and growth strategy.
Designed all slides to be infographic-driven, clean, and visually aligned with Sprig’s identity.
Incorporated two distinct target audiences (young professionals + creative Gen Z) to ground the brand in real user personas.
Added financial projections, KPIs, and growth metrics to showcase scalability.
UX & UI Design
Designed the end-to-end user journey: onboarding, login, category menu, savings goals, and reward animations.
Created a UI system with smooth navigation, clean typography, and playful icons.
Focused on gamification with streak trackers, savings goals that “sprout,” and shareable progress cards.
4. Motion & Animation
Produced animated sequences of coins sprouting into plants to visually represent financial growth.
Designed micro-interactions for buttons, loading states, and goal celebrations to make the experience feel rewarding and alive.
