Overview
Designed an internal dashboard system for an AI assistant platform, enabling teams to monitor AI performance, analyze user interactions, and manage how the system behaves in real time.
Goal
Provide full visibility into AI conversations and user behavior, while giving teams the ability to configure, adapt, and improve the AI without relying on engineering support.
Challenges
The main challenge was designing a system that exposes complex AI behavior and large amounts of data in a clear and usable way.
Teams needed deep visibility into conversations, user context, and performance, while also being able to control AI behavior, manage assets, and intervene when needed.
Balancing flexibility and control with simplicity and clarity was critical to avoid overwhelming the interface.
Solutions / Outcome
Designed a modular dashboard that combines AI observability, live conversation monitoring, and configuration tools in one system.
Enabled teams to track live leads, access detailed user context, review full conversation history, and step into interactions when necessary. Introduced flexible controls for managing AI behavior and integrating media assets into responses.
The solution improved transparency, accelerated analysis of user interactions, and allowed teams to adapt the AI to their specific workflows through custom features.
Playground - flexible environment where admins can configure advanced settings and test how the AI agent behaves and appears in real scenarios.
